We offer an Initial Consultation Package for a thorough preliminary analysis of your particular circumstances:

Before our meeting:

• We prepare an Agreement for Initial Consultation
• Set up a secure client portal for you.
• You upload copies of the relevant documents to your client portal.
• We review your documents;
• Schedule a one-hour meeting either in person at our office in downtown Washington DC or via video conference.

During a one-hour meeting we:

• Analyze your situation,
• Identify your options,
• Recommend a course of action, and
• Answer your questions.

After the meeting we:

• Send you a summary of our recommendations by e-mail;
• Reply to unlimited follow-up questions for two days after our appointment.

After the meeting both you and we will be able to decide whether we would like to enter into an attorney-client relationship.

The fee for the Initial Consultation Package is $1000.
